Rick Owens Flight Jacket

Bomber jackets have been around forever, but Rick Owens does his own version of one here. The color is a deep, saturated red, and the whole thing is covered in diamond quilting so it’s got some texture to it rather than sitting flat.

It keeps the usual bomber ribbed collar, ribbed cuffs, ribbed hem that cinches things in around the waist. There’s a zipper running the full length of the front, and the pull on it stands out a bit against the red. Inside there’s some insulation, though it’s not the kind of jacket that feels bulky once you put it on. More of an everyday piece than something purely for show.

How To Wear

Wear it over a Rick Owens Hoodie without thinking too hard about it, or put it over something more put-together if that’s the look you’re after. It matches nicely with the red set shown alongside it, but honestly it holds up fine against black or grey too doesn’t need to match anything specific to look right.
